This course is based on 5000 years old wisdom on this concept of layers of life and offers tools and practices to address many areas of imbalance in our lives. The learning enables us to integrate all the layers of our lives by removing obstacles and nourishing each layer to experience our higher selves.

Life is multidimensional. According to Vedic philosophy, life is multilayered. The layers of life mask the essential spiritual self. We could also say body, mind, and soul.
Riya and I met about three years ago. I am a business attorney who had never heard of such a thing nor have I ever engaged with any kind of holistic healing. But I was brave and curious. She introduced me in a group setting. I was then blessed with about six private sessions.
