After 20 years in the health wellness spa business, in 2018, I sold my business, house, sold everything I owned. I went on a journey to discover the meaning of my life. I spend three months in Tibet, traveling throughout the Tibet Village, Staying in the Tibetan monastery at 13000 elevation mountains to study meditation and healing. I spent three months in India and a month in Egypt, meditating in front of the Pyramids for two weeks. I spent two and half years solo traveling to 30s countries and over 100s cities to explore and share how healing changed our lives profoundly.
For the past 30 years, I have been studying how to overcome my self-love challenge. Deeper self-love is not treating yourself nicely with something or going to take a vacation. Self-love is layers of healing, healing from trauma, recovering from layers of emotions, and making the connection with our own body.
By implementing a daily spiritual practice like meditation, movement, breathwork, or reflection, we can turn our intention from our outside world toward the inside. When we fall in love with ourselves, we will feel more confident, loved, heard, connected, and appreciate the world we are living in. It's not just the thoughts that we think we love ourselves. Each morning we wake up, we already feel that love in our hearts vibrating with that energy.
“I love to see my clients have a breakthrough. When this happens, I feel connected to a higher version of herself - In that place, I experience fulfillment and joy.” - Riya
